Truro City of Lights is a community arts project based in Cornwall. A range of artists and students created large scale paper lanterns based upon the theme "Trip the Light Fantastic". Our lantern represents Ariel the sprite from William Shakespeare's The Tempest. We also did workshops in schools across the county helping children make their own smaller lanterns to parade alongside us.
